About OVR

Developed by a technical team with 8 years of AR technology development, marketing, and commercial design experience, OVR is a decentralized AR platform powered by Ethereum Blockchain, aiming to seamlessly unite the real world and the virtual world through the adoption of augmented reality (AR) technology. Anyone with a mobile device or smart glasses is able to have an interactive, augmented reality experience tailored to his/her current GPS position in the real world.

On the basis of GPS, OVR uses computer vision algorithm technology (SIFT/SURF technology) to calculate the accurate location coordinates of the device and uses the local high-precision SLAM technology to anchor the content, optimize the approximate location provided by GPS, so as to achieve more precise geographic positioning.
