Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities: 

1.Develop and implement the company's PR strategy

2.Supervise and manage all of the contents of the company's social media channels (Twitter,

LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)

3.Drive the corporate's public relations and maintain cooperative and efficient relationships with the company's institution partners, KOLs, and other influencers

4.PR integration - Integrate industry resources to amplify the business

5.Support the global expansion of our brands with PR-related functions

6.Deal sourcing through partnerships

Requirements:

  1.Knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and international channels

2. 3+ years’ experience in the blockchain industry and ability to adapt to the industry's daily-changing environment

3. 3+ years’ experience in branding, public relations, and Corporate medias ( big exchange platform related is preferred, like Binance and Coinbase), able to manage the public relations for business founders or key celebrities

4. Rich investment experience

5. Access to resources of cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance and Coinbase

6. Experience and understanding of working with large multinational clients or companies

7.Fluency in English, strong writing skills, and effective oral communication skills

8.Coming from a senior group-level position within a brand management company is a plus

Portfolio Management Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Drive fundamental research into decentralized protocols and applications including blockchains, smart contract protocols, applications, and more

2. Provide empowerment report for the projects, to get better investment conditions or to build relationships with the team

3. Provide ongoing information regarding developments, breakthroughs, and setbacks related to the projects

4. Communicate investment decisions and commentary clearly in memos that can be disseminated to our user base

5. Track the progress of protocols and applications in our portfolios, check the token amounts received from each releasing period

Requirements:

1. Passion for the crypto industry, with basic understanding and knowledge such as major public chains, DeFi, NFT, Cross-chain, Layer2

2. Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills

3. Background in consulting or investment management

Business Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the investment team on due diligence of prospective investments, negotiating with the project team to get better investment conditions

2. Screening projects by reading white paper and evaluating the team members through video meeting

3. Working closely with analysis teams on their token-economic model, smart contract security, and other questions that come up with experience feedback

4. Willing to work in the US time zone

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of smart contracts scripting, cryptography, tokenomics, and general blockchain technologies

2. Ability to aggregate information from a variety of sources including technical repositories and anecdotal feedback from teams, then draw informed conclusions from incomplete information

3. Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms to a non-technical audience

4. Obsession with the future of blockchain technology, web3, and low-level protocol development

5. An open-minded research approach and genuine intellectual curiosity

Blockchain Investment Analyst/Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze the latest blockchain industry trends and emerging themes to identify investment opportunities

2. Topics of research may include scaling, privacy, modularity, DAO, Web3.0, GameFi, etc.

3. Contribute to the entire project lifecycle including: due diligence performance, negotiation, and post-investment management

4. Write content for technical research reports for both internal and external distribution to help the company gain influence

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of smart contracts scripting, cryptography, tokenomics, and general blockchain technologies

2. Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills

3. Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms to a non-technical audience

4. Background in computer engineering or data analysis preferred

5. Obsession with the future of blockchain technology, web3, and low-level protocol development
